Home to the LD Atelier, the private workshop and creative heart of Lannah Dunn Jewellery House, where new creations, important restorations and specialist house projects are undertaken.

The showroom is also open on Thursdays, providing an opportunity for local clients and visitors to experience the jewellery house in Toowoomba. Appointments remain recommended.

Customers visiting Toowoomba are welcome to arrange an appointment to view specific jewels or discuss a curated project with the Lannah Dunn team. The atelier and showroom are accessible on Thursdays by prior arrangement.

Shipping & Delivery

Your Lannah Dunn purchase will arrive beautifully gift wrapped and securely packaged, and is dispatched via Australia Post Express Post with tracking.

Order Verification

For the protection of both clients and the Lannah Dunn jewellery house, all purchases made through the LD online store are subject to secure verification prior to dispatch. This process is normally completed within 1–2 business days before an order is approved for shipment.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all customer details provided at the time of purchase are accurate and complete, including the delivery address and contact information.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes depend on Australia Post services and the nature of the delivery address. As delivery is managed by an independent postal carrier, Lannah Dunn Fine Jewellery cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

Lannah Dunn will not be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage resulting from reasonable or unavoidable postal delays.

Delivery Attempts

If no one is present at the nominated delivery address when the parcel arrives, Australia Post may leave a notification card outlining alternate delivery or collection arrangements. In many cases the parcel will be redirected to the nearest Australia Post collection point for secure pickup.

Clients are encouraged to ensure they are available to accept delivery or monitor tracking notifications once a parcel has been dispatched.

Insurance & Transit Responsibility

All parcels dispatched by Lannah Dunn are fully insured while in transit.

Once you have been notified by email that your order has been shipped and tracking information has been issued, the parcel has been successfully lodged with Australia Post.

Delivery is deemed to have occurred once Australia Post records the parcel as delivered to the nominated address.

Lannah Dunn Fine Jewellery cannot accept liability for any loss, theft or damage that occurs after delivery has been confirmed by the postal carrier.

If the delivery address supplied is incorrect, incomplete, illegible, or if the recipient is unavailable, has relocated or fails to collect the parcel, the purchaser remains responsible for the order and any additional shipping or redelivery charges that may apply.

Dispatch Timing

While Lannah Dunn cannot provide guaranteed delivery dates, every effort is made to carefully prepare and lodge parcels promptly, generally at the beginning of the business week and prior to Australia Post lodgement cut-off times.

Clients requiring jewellery for a specific occasion or date are encouraged to contact the store prior to placing their order, particularly where:

  • A piece requires manufacture

  • Ring resizing is required

  • The item is temporarily unavailable

Shipping Costs

The cost for Express Post shipping and handling is typically from $35.

From time to time, Lannah Dunn may offer complimentary Express shipping above a specified purchase value. Where such promotions apply, all standard shipping terms and conditions remain in effect.
