Change of Mind Policy

Please choose carefully.  We offer the website as a viewing platform but support any enquiry with in-store, exceptional personalised service should you have any pre-purchase questions.

Lannah Dunn.com is a separate entity from in store and purchases online follow a different process.  Our website change of mind policy differs from purchases made in-store.

For peace of mind we offer 7 Day conditional exchange from date of purchase for purchases made at lannahdunn.com.  Returns must be approved, received and processed with a replacement selection, within 7 days of your receipt of original order.

Prior to return, you must obtain an authorisation number and instructions for return.  Please contact sales@lannahdunn.com (you will need your original purchase documentation and reason for return).  Return shipping is at the customer’s expense for the return of purchase and the delivery of your replacement product/s and original shipping cost is not refundable.

Your return/s must be delivered to Lannah Dunn in their original packaging; in 'as sold' condition; accompanied by the original receipt; and returns authorisation number.

Credit notes are not available. 

Please note some items are ineligible for return.

Upon approval and acceptance of your return by Lannah Dunn, a member of the LD customer service team will contact you to confirm your replacement item/s. 

Included in items ineligible for return are items that are engraved, personalised or ‘made to order’ rings with a continuous pattern cannot be returned for exchange. 

Sale; and items under the 'specials' menu are unable to be returned.

In-store change of mind policy is the offer of conditional exchange for gifts only, within 7 days of purchase, returned to the store of purchase.
