Purchases made through lannahdunn.com are governed by a separate change of mind policy to those made in-store.
The online store is provided as a convenient platform to browse and purchase Lannah Dunn jewellery. As items cannot be physically inspected prior to purchase, the online store offers a more flexible exchange policy than that available for in-store purchases.
Clients are encouraged to make their selections carefully. Should you require assistance prior to purchase, the Lannah Dunn team is pleased to provide personalised advice and guidance.
7-Day Conditional Exchange
For peace of mind, purchases made through lannahdunn.com are eligible for a 7-day conditional exchange, calculated from the date of purchase (or the date of dispatch where applicable).
To request an exchange, clients must contact contact@lannahdunn.com to obtain a return authorisation number and return instructions.
Returned items must:

Be requested within the 7-day exchange period

Be returned in original packaging

Be in as-sold, unworn condition

Include all accompanying documentation
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and approved, a replacement selection must be finalised within 7 days. Replacement items are dispatched via Australia Post Express Post, with a $35 reduced shipping and handling fee applicable.
Items Ineligible for Exchange
Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:

Rings with continuous patterns that cannot be resized

Final Sale and Discounted items purchased through the Outlet section
Credit notes are not available.

Change of Mind Policy – In-Store Purchases
For purchases made in-store at Lannah Dunn Toowoomba City or Lannah Dunn Brisbane City, a conditional exchange for gifts only is offered within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be:

Accompanied by the original purchase receipt
