Your purchase will arrive gift wrapped in protective packaging and shipped Express, with tracking. 

Please ensure all customer details are true and correct at time of order.  All purchases from the LD web-store require secure verification prior to despatch. This is normally completed within 1 - 2 business days before being approved for shipment.

How you receive your parcel depends on your individual Australia post service and dependent on type of address.  Lannah Dunn will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

For purchases required by a specific date, special makes, rings requiring resize and the unlikely occurrence of items that may be temporarily unavailable, please refer to the details in the Stock Availability section and contact the store prior to placing your order.

All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit. Once you are advised by e-mail that your order has been shipped, we guarantee delivery of all items except in cases where the address supplied is incorrect, illegible, incomplete or if the recipient is away or has moved, in which case you will be liable for payment of the purchase price and shipping of the order irrespective of whether the order arrives on time or not at all.

Lannah Dunn is unable to provide an estimated delivery time and date but our team do everything in their power to carefully package and despatch your purchase before postal lodging times, generally at beginning of the week.  

Please ensure you are available to accept delivery at the prescribed address on the estimated date of arrival.  Once Australia Post deems your parcel ‘delivered’, delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between you and Lannah Dunn.  Lannah Dunn will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

The cost for Express Post shipping & handling is usually from $15.  There is a temporary free shipping offer online over a certain purchase amount.  This offer extends to the Express method but the above terms and conditions apply.  Shipping is not refundable nor transferable.

Change of Mind Policy for online purchase/s:

lannahdunn.com is a separate entity from in store.  Purchases online offer a much more flexible returns' process, as items cannot be 'sighted' at time of purchase. The lannahdunn.com change of mind policy differs from the change of mind policy for purchases made in-store.

The web-store is offered as a platform to browse and click to purchase for your ultimate convenience.  Please make your selection with care - we do offer exceptional, personalised service should you have any pre-purchase questions.  

For peace of mind, lannahdunn.com does offer you a 7-Day, conditional exchange from date of purchase (or date of despatch if not equal).  Returns' requests must be made by contacting us at contact@lannahdunn.com for an authorisation number and instructions for return.  Your replacement selection must be made within 7 days.
