If you’re not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements. Auspost will deliver the item to your nearest Australia Post location for pickup.
For purchases required by a specific date, special makes, rings requiring resize and the unlikely occurrence of items that may be temporarily unavailable, please refer to the details in the Stock Availability section and contact the store prior to placing your order.
All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit. Once you are advised by e-mail that your order has been shipped, we guarantee delivery of all items except in cases where the address supplied is incorrect, illegible, incomplete or if the recipient is away or has moved, in which case you will be liable for payment of the purchase price and shipping of the order irrespective of whether the order arrives on time or not at all.
Lannah Dunn is unable to provide an estimated delivery time and date but our team do everything in their power to carefully package and despatch your purchase before postal lodging times, generally at beginning of the week.
Please ensure you are available to accept delivery at the prescribed address on the estimated date of arrival. Once Australia Post deems your parcel ‘delivered’, delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between you and Lannah Dunn. Lannah Dunn will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
The cost for Express Post shipping & handling is usually from $15. There is a temporary free shipping offer online over a certain purchase amount. This offer extends to the Express method but the above terms and conditions apply. Shipping is not refundable nor transferable.
Change of Mind Policy
For peace of mind LD offer 7 Day conditional exchange from date of purchase for purchases made at lannahdunn.com. Returns must be approved, received and processed with a replacement selection, within 7 days of your receipt of original order.
Please choose carefully. We offer the web-store as a viewing platform but support any enquiry with in-store, exceptional personalised service should you have any pre-purchase questions.
Lannah Dunn.com is a separate entity from in store and purchases online follow a different process. Our website change of mind policy differs from purchases made in-store.
Prior to return, you must obtain an authorisation number and instructions for return. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org (you will need your original purchase documentation and reason for return). Return shipping is at the customer’s expense for the return of purchase and the delivery of your replacement product/s and original shipping cost is not refundable.
Your return/s must be delivered to Lannah Dunn in their original packaging; in 'as sold' condition; accompanied by the original receipt; and returns authorisation number.
Credit notes are not available.
Please note some items are ineligible for return.
Upon approval and acceptance of your return by Lannah Dunn, a member of the LD customer service team will contact you to confirm your replacement item/s.
Included in items ineligible for return are items that are engraved, personalised or ‘made to order’ rings with a continuous pattern cannot be returned for exchange.
Sale; and items under the 'specials' menu are unable to be returned.
In-store change of mind policy is the offer of conditional exchange for gifts only, within 7 days of purchase, returned to the store of purchase.
Items purchased from Lannah Dunn 'The Outlet' tab, at a reduced price, hold separate terms and conditions from full priced purchased pieces. These items are final sale and unable to be exchanged for change of mind. We are able to facilitate any customising of size after payment is received, if you know your finger size. Cost is additional and varies depending on work required.
